Nope. You should be good to go. Just install the plugin and see if everything works.

I am not familiar with that device. What kind of device is it? Also, if you post your ZWave log (in the Logs directory) I can see what kind of device it is.

It's a thermostat. I'll upload the log you've asked for later.bwoodworth wrote:I am not familiar with that device. What kind of device is it? Also, if you post your ZWave log (in the Logs directory) I can see what kind of device it is.

I'm still unable to get my HSM100 to update autonomously, even though it is connected to the system and will update when I press the sync button on the actual sensor. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can you post your ZWave log (make sure you have debugging set to true in the manager)?lschmidt wrote:I'm still unable to get my HSM100 to update autonomously, even though it is connected to the system and will update when I press the sync button on the actual sensor. Here is the log after restarting the manager. The script I have written (triggers on luminance change) runs when everything first starts up, but that is it. The logs stop very quickly after the program starts, and I'm not sure what that means. If I hit the sync button on the sensor, the software receives updates (4:05 in the logs).bwoodworth wrote:Can you post your ZWave log (make sure you have debugging set to true in the manager)?lschmidt wrote:I'm still unable to get my HSM100 to update autonomously, even though it is connected to the system and will update when I press the sync button on the actual sensor. Make: Honeywell
Model: TH8320ZW1000
Manual: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/A1VXOWJuQ6S.pdf
Node 4
I'm not sure what each of the dropdowns, etc do... They seem pretty self-explanitory, and the manual (see above link) has a decent section on the zwave messages, but I'll have to check them out and get back to you... Thanks.

Looks like that device should already be supported. It follows the basic 'General Thermostat V2' device type. The plugin should create the object for you and you should be able to set the mode and set the heating and cooling set points.

You're right... once I rebooted my OSA server, everything came up with no new code required! You guys are rock stars! Thanks a bunch!
