Ok, thanks for your testing. Come to find out the update script is bad. I have taken down the v0.3.3 release and we will have a new one up shortly.

I fixed the upgrade script and posted 0.3.3 back up to the download page. Thanks for being our involuntary tester on this. Interested in being a formal tester for new version before we actually release to the public. Right now it is just Vaughn and I and our machines aren't really good representations of what users have since they are used for all the development. It would be good to have a user with a 'typical' setup (or at least one different then ours) to at least test that upgrades work before we give it to the masses.

What, if anything, you I need to do to bring my db in line with the new install script?

Is my setup going to be broken since I ran the old script?

If you were able to successfully run the old script then I wouldn't worry about re-installing. Your DB should be fine.

Make backups too!

If anyone is interested, we can make an API call that backs up the database or something if that helps people who do not want to get into the MySQL workbench...

I think a way to backup the DB would be a nice feature to include eventually.
