Yep! This seemed to fix my problem too!

Thanks Brian that did the trick. The Z-wave plugin is working!

However I should mention for anyone else with the same problem that the version for 64-bit architecture is here instead.

I have a everspring sp814-1

When I want to config this true OZWForm I can get the propriety.. but it's not set the new settings (i push "set" and nothing happens) and if I close the propriety screen, the program OZWForm crashed... Use windows 7 64 bit

I see the object in OSA get the battery indication, but I need to get it to work, but can get the config in to it....

I've also got a couple of ST814 and found them painful to start with. What I'd suggest is you get a copy of zvituralscenes https://code.google.com/p/zvirtualscenes/. Put you ST814 very close to your Z wave controller, wake the ST814 by pressing the second button from the left 3 times quickly. Then make your changes. I have set mine to report temp changes for 1 degree and humidity changes of 5%, which I believe are the lowest settings.

See how you get on and report back so we can help further if required.

Cheers

Hello,

I have a situation where I have a couple of ZWave devices in the zwcfg_xxxxx.xml but not in the database... Seems very odd.

Is there a way to force them in...

I have other devices of the same type that have been loaded no problem.

You can try deleting the zwcfg file and start the plugin again. It will do a full discovery again and hopefully add in any missing devices

After a complete reinstall, Windows, OSA (4.3).

I have noticed that the default ZWAVE devices BINARY SWITCH do not seem to be in the object list, is this correct? and is there anyway of re-adding them?

Hmm, i'll have to check on that. There should be an object type called BINARY SWITCH that is part of the base OSA install. The Zwave plugin uses this as the base type when creating new devices it discovers. You can manually create it if it is missing. It just has ON/OFF methods, events and states.
