Power Shell 0.0.7 and x64 not running

Hello,

OSA: 4.3
WIndows 7 Pro x64

Powershell 0.0.7 installs, or seems to however it does not seem to run.

It is shown as 'Stopped' in the Manager

Do not seem to be able to find any error messages when a script should be run.

I also does not look like it is even being started in the 'Plugins' log file.

Any ideas, plz?
