Re: I have two questions

Can you get the script to fire correctly when attached to an object within OSA? I have an object called "Test" I then attach the script that I am testing via the methods. Then toggle "On" or "Off" methods in Object View and cause the script to fire until I am happy that is works from within OSA, the...

Re: I have two questions

Hmm, I see your problem.... :? Short of writing an OSA plugin for iSpy, or an iSpy plugin for OSA, the REST would be the most direct method I can think of. I haven't looked at/played with the REST plugin for OSA, but have you tried passing empty parameters in the string? Something like http://localh...

Re: I have two questions

Hi Maximo, For Q1: Try in a Powershell script: (I haven't found much that I couldn't do in Powershell :D Thank you Mat!) set-osa -name "XBMCLounge" -property "Temp" -value "22" For Q2: I am not familiar with iSpy but could you try and change the state of an object from the OSA Powershell plugin? Per...

Re: [Official Thread] XBMC Plugin Support Thread

Hi, I have no idea what I did, but after doing some other things on my machine, including some stopping and starting of the OSA service, it just started working.

So thanks Vaughan for the offer, but ignore this, I am sure you have your hands full with 0.5.0!

Regards

Re: [Official Thread] XBMC Plugin Support Thread

Hi, Does anyone know if this plugin works on XBMC V13 (Gotham). I am getting the following in the XBMC log, at service restart, but no events seem to come through. 08/17/2014 09:18:17.101 AM - Running interface 08/17/2014 09:18:18.560 AM - Creating new XBMC System connection: BananaLoaf - 192.168.99...

Re: Problems connecting Z Wave Universal Dimmer

It definitely looks as though some progress has been made, as it looks to be detecting it correctly now in the ZWCFG file. I unfortunately am not sure of the way forward from here.. I would seek the guidance of bwoodworth from here.. I have not had a chance to look at any of the ZWave plugin code as...

Re: Problems connecting Z Wave Universal Dimmer

Hi Jono_mw, I would try deleting the ZWcfg_***.xml file, but also you still have some typing problems in your manufacturer_specific.xml :P For an FGD211 dimmer, the line you are adding should read <Product name="FGD211 Universal Dimmer 500W" id="100a" config="fibaro/fgd211.xm l" type="0100"/> your l...

Re: Problems connecting Z Wave Universal Dimmer

Isn't it an FGD211..? ( From your first post) Its a Type ="0100", which is a dimme. A FGS221 is a relay switch. If its the FGD211 dimmer, then there is this line in the XML file (near the top) <Product name="FGD211 Universal Dimmer 500W" id="0109" config="fibaro/fgd211.xml" type="0100"/> So add a li...

Re: Problems connecting Z Wave Universal Dimmer

Hi, I am relatively new to OSA, but I had the same problem with the same device. The issue is that the Dimmer revision is newer than the OpenZWave XML config file for Fibaro devices. If you locate the XML file in the plugins\ZWave directory (I can't remember what it is called and I am not at my mach...
