I wanted to mention that in 4.6 I had to change the service to delayed start as it would not start on boot until I did this. This doesn't really sound like the problem the user was actually having but I did wan't to mention it in case it was a "service not starting on boot" problem.

Yea I will upgrade to 4.7 as soon as it is pushed out. I am just getting started in OSA so I can do a fresh install if needed without much issue. Will plugins be upgraded and posted as well when 4.7 gets posted?

I am using 4.6 and I am attempting to run a simple script that turns on a z-wave appliance module and then setting the OFF TIMER so that it turns off after a period of time. Yep I ran that in the script editor and now I see the Debug property on SYSTEM object and I can set it. I keep forgetting that you can add whatever properties to an object for your own use. I could have also just gone to the object type maintenance screen and added the property there.
The wiki states that there is a debug property on the system object but in 4.6 I don't see this property. Is there a different way to set debug logging? Also is there a way to write debug statements in a script?
